Communication begins with ethics, because knowing how to communicate information tactfully or ethically is essential for a number of reasons. For example, promoting proper ethical communication in an organization or business practice contributes to productivity. Also, when employees follow ethical guidelines, they are able to focus more on tasks, because ethical communication contributes to a safer work environment. In addition, practicing proper ethics increases customer satisfaction, because clients can easily identify employees that are content with their organization or business practice.
